The Beijing Huaxia Supervision Company is one of the first batch of the supervision companies with Class A qualification approved in 1995 by the Ministry of Construction of the State. The Company was formed in 1993. And it completed its system reform after having obtained approval from the China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation in September 2005.

As the company has constantly deepened its technology accumulation and broadened its business scope in over a decade, its service now involves multiple areas such as project supervision, project management, construction management, project bidding, project cost and technical consultation. The Company has provided its service in a dozen of provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions and participated in construction projects on various devices and systems in petroleum chemical industry. The Company has completed a total project investment of over 10 billion yuan just within the latest three years.

The Company holds Class A qualification for petroleum chemical and civil construction projects and the Certificates of GB/T 19001-2000 idt ISO 9001:2000 Quality Control System, GB/T 24001-1996 Environment Control System and GB/T 28001-2001 Occupational Health and Safety Control System.

The Company has a strong team of experts and specialists with 125 members with supervision qualification, among which there are 43 with state certification, 82 with industry certification and 7 with industry first class general supervision qualification. And there are also 4 state certified consultant engineers, 4 state certified cost engineers and 3 state certified HSE engineers on this team.

The Company has complete infrastructure and increasingly improving scientific and standardized management systems on supervision, project management, technical consultation and company operation. It has also developed with its own resources the management system software on office automation management, human resources management, contract management, equipment resources management and books and materials management to facilitate the modernization of the Company’s daily management.
